Many Valentine's days ago, I used to sweat chocolates and cry buttercream frosting just for me to create the perfect Valentine's day cake for H. This year however, as much as I want to make "the sweet gift" more personalized...I have a great feeling I would just end up pulling my hair out at  the last minute. Don't get me wrong. I love cooking, much more baking. But there are just too many things going on on my plate right now, I barely have time to whip the cream.
